What it is

You have an old photo of your parents with a small tear in it. Several members of your family want a copy of it but not with the tear. Come and see us. We copy and restore old and new photographs (damaged, stained, marked, torn or worn) in any size, B&W or color. Sometimes we can enhance or repair the original; sometimes we create a new original. And we can provide “as new” copies in any size or quantity. And we’ll frame them too!

How it is done

Using traditional artistic methods & dyes or other media, digital technology or a combination and our artist’s diverse skills, we are able to repair or replace missing pieces, get rid of unwanted parts of images or combine two or more images and provide a “good as new” result. We copy onto film or scan into the computer as required, work our artful electronic airbrushing magic and then output to negative or print . We work in color, B&W and sepia tone as well.

Accent has a great variety of ready-made picture frames in stock. We also have a collection of antique style frames and hundreds of mouldings to enhance your precious photographs. And we offer bubble glass with matching reproduction period frames or individual pieces to replace missing glass in your own frame.
